What We Do

Bathroom Checklist

All towels are foldedToilet paper is folded
Mirrors are all wiped and streak/smudge free
All switches and plugs have been wiped
All baseboards have been wiped
Wall below towels has been wiped to remove water marks
Door and trim has been wiped (both sides)
Taps are shining and toothpaste/smudge free
Backsplash behind sink is toothpaste free
Entire toilet was wiped removing urine from front, bottom and sides
Toilet was flushed and lid is down
Soap dishes and tooth brush holders were cleaned
All other items on counter have been wiped off
Toilet hinges are clean and dry (toothbrush was used if necessary)
Floor around toilet has been cleaned removing all urine that leaks around toilet base
Front of tub was wiped to remove water marks
Inside tub/shower is free of reddish coloured dirt on tiles, door frame, corners, etc.
Shower glass doors are streak free (when possible)
There is no hair in the corners of floor
Front of cupboards/drawers have been wiped removing dust and toothpaste
Light fixtures have been dusted/wiped (make sure to cool lights before wiping)
Windows sill has been wiped
Blinds have been dusted
Ceiling vent has been dusted
Garbage has been emptied and outside of garbage can has been wiped
Toilet bowl scrubbers, etc, have been wiped removing dust and dirt
Everything looks great and lights are off
All mats have been put back

Kitchen Checklist

All crumbs and sticky spots have been removed from counter top
All small appliances on counter have been moved and cleaned under as well as wiped themselves
Stove console have been windexed and is streak free
Front of stove has been wiped
Ceramic top stoves are streak free
Inside microwave was cleaned
All stainless steel has been cleaned and shined
Drain plugs have been cleaned and shined
Sinks are dry and shining
All taps are shining (even underneath side of spout)
Front of cupboards have been wiped (as well as handles)
Fridge door and handles have been wiped and shined (white fridge should not have dirty handles, use magic eraser if necessary)
Window sills have been wiped
Garbage has been emptied and outside of can wiped
Garbage bag was replaced
Floors have been vacuumed and washed
All door handles including garage door, patio doors, french doors, etc, have been cleaned
Table and chairs have been wiped off removing crumbs and dust
Light fixtures have been wiped/dusted
All wall plugs and switches have been wiped
Baseboards have been swiftered
All mats have been vacuumed and replaced
All blinds have been wiped/dusted
Ceiling fan has been dusted (if applicable)
All shelves have been dusted/wiped (not the ones inside cupboards)
All lights are off and mats are back
Patio doors are locked

Dusting/Vacuuming/Cleaning Checklist

All mirrors/glass doors are clean and streak free
All finger prints, mud, etc, have been removed from lower walls, doors, and trim (mainly in front halls/entrance)
Window sills and blinds have been wiped/dusted. Ensure windows don't have finger prints on them
All Patio door and windows, front door windows have been cleaned
There are no easy to see dust swipes on the wood furniture especially behind or around nik-naks
All wall plugs and switches have been wiped and dusted
Baseboards are dusted and wiped where needed.
All couches/chairs have been vacuumed
No cobwebs around legs or bottom of hunches/chair/etc. No cobwebs in corners of ceiling, etc
Every room looks neat and clean (blankets folded, remotes on table, etc)
Under all beds and furniture have been vacuumed/dusted and washed (where possible
Garbage pails have been emptied
All floors have been thoroughly washed, make sure corners are clean and no hairs are left behind
Hardwood floors: Under all couches/chairs, hutches, etc, have been dusted and washed. Ensure no spots/streaks left on hardwood. Hardwood/laminate is not left wet.
All mats have been put back.
