2. No Fee for Cancellation with 48 Hours Notice

If you cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at least 48 hours before the schedule service time , no fees will be charged . We value your understanding and appreciate your timely communication .

3. 50% Cleaning Fee for Cancellation with Less Than 48 Hours Notice:

In the event that your cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment with less than 48 hours notice , a 50% cleaning fee payment will be required . This fee is implemented to compensate our dedicated cleaning professionals for the time and effort allocated to your appointment, as we'll as to mitigate any loss resulting from the sudden cancellation.
